UBM have invested heavily in training and developing one of the best engineering support teams in the country that are controlled through a UK central call center. With the average technician experience standing at 7 years per service, we have implemented a dedicated continual training program for each engineer. We know as an organisation we are best prepared to service and manage the needs of your company.

We give a direct phone line to each individual relating to your account, meaning no overseas call centres, 0845 numbers, or calls being recorded for training purposes. This demonstrates that we are a company wholly focused around our customers and giving them the best experience possible.
With enhanced service products, UBM are able to bring a pro-active service to your business. We are able to have the machines automatically send us accurate meter readings, which means there is no longer a need to fill in those forms and fax them back to your supplier. This also ensures that you are billed accurately, meaning you only pay for what you use. In addition UBM are able to configure the machines to automatically let us know when major consumable parts are going to need replacing, so when we are next on site we know which parts to bring. UBM receive information directly from the MFDs telling us that new toner will be needed soon, which ensures that you receive the best and most pro-active service available in the market, whilst safe in the knowledge that your business should not come to a grinding halt as toner and parts will be delivered to your door, before you knew you needed them.
