Available in combination with user authentication, the functions scan-to-Me and scan-to-Home serve to speed up the process of sending scans to the user’s own email address (scan-to-Me) or own registered PC folder (scan-to-Home). In addition, the administrator can take advantage of these features to restrict the choice of scan destinations to a user’s own destinations.

Finishing further includes automatic stapling of up 100 sheets, 2- and 4-hole punching for professional manuals, reports and extensive documentation; and the insertion of heavy covers of up to 209gsm.
