With 30 black and white A4 pages per minute as well as standard PCL and PostScript capabilities, the bizhub 20 prints and copies any document and communication quickly and conveniently. Its standard duplex feature makes it perfect to copy documents like sales literature or training materials, whilst the fax functionality allows instant forwarding. Colour scanning is a real highlight on the bizhub 20, as this facilitates the input of all types of coloured communication for digital processing in the PC.
The bizhub 20 impresses with easy handling and flexible media processing. Its 300-sheet standard paper capacity, from one 250-sheet paper tray plus 50-sheet multipurpose tray, can be extended with an optional 250-sheet tray, whilst the standard Automatic Document Feeder processes 50 originals from the stack.
User authentication makes it easy to restrict general access to certain functions, e.g. PC print, USB direct print, copy, fax or scan. With individual restrictions, users can access specific features only after entering their personal password.
